AGREEMENT re: Washington State Departmentl of Transportation; Condition Survey, Queet River Bridge: CommissionerliBrown moved to approve and sign the agreement with the State of Walshington Department of Transportation for a condition survey of the Quelets River Bridge to determine if further work is necessary to keep t~e current bridge in service until the new bridge is constructed. Co~missioner Dennison seconded the motion. !i I RESOLUTION re: Imposing Load Limits on Co6nty Roads: Commis- sioner Brown moved to approve Resolution No. 89-85 i~o allow the Public Works Departm~nt to impose load limits on County Rb!;ids as necessary from November 25, 1985 through March 31, 1986. Comtnissioner Dennison seconded the motion. Commissioner Dennison seconded the motion. I; " I Notice to Property Owners Near Oak Bay Pal~k: A notice has been sent to all property owners along the proposed! Cleveland Street water line that will be providing water to the Oak IBay Park. A favorable response was. received from most of these property o]iwners, and now an agreement is needed with the City of Port Townsend to reimburse for the property owners expenses of hooking up to that watelr line, for those property owners who want to tie into the system at I~ later da.'te. Ii Application for Public Works' Trust Fund !Monies: Three applications are being made for; Public' Works ' TrustlFund monies for paving projects on the following three roads: (See ailso Minutes of 11/18/85) 1) Beaver Valley Road - 6~ miles from Beaver ~I! alley Store to Chimacum, estimated cost $733,000.00 2) Several RO,ads - 4.~ .94cmiles, at a cost of $5199,000.00 (Flagler Road, Rhody Drive, Oak Bay Road a~d Osprey Ridge Road) 3) Beaver Valley Road: From Oak Bay Road to l1Beaver Valley Store -I Commissioner D~nnison moved to allow the Chairmanljto sign these three applications as recommended by Public Works Directot, Gary Rowe.
