#KC-041-83 Detention of Juvenile Offenders; Amendme~t #3: Commissioner
Dennison moved to approve Amendment #3 to the contr:1ct with Kitsap
County (#KC-041-83) for the detention of juvenile 0 fenders for Jeffer-
son County, as recommended by Lois Smith, Director, Juvenile Services.
Commissioner Brown seconded the motion.

Restructure Loan from County Road Fund to the Solid Waste

two loans from the County Road Fund to the Solid Wa,te Fund totaling_
$135,000 which were to be repaid by December 1985. I $40,000 will be
paid on these loans this month and this proposed re olution will re-
structure and 'extend the payment of the balance of hese loans to December
1986, because the Solid Waste Fund does not current y have the money
to pay the loan back in full. i

Gary Rowe explained that Carl Lindsey has requested'i'permission to open
approximately 1300 feet of right-of-way from Cook Ajenue to Moss Street
in the plat of Tibbals Lake for private-acc~s to h]S property.
Commissioner Dennison moved to approve the apPlicatJlon to open right-of-
way as submitted by Carl Lindsey. Commissioner Bro~n seconded the motion.
