Dennison was present. , I Lois Smith, Director, Juvenile Court Services: Contract #KC-041-83 Detention of Juvenile Offenders; Amendme~t #3: Commissioner Dennison moved to approve Amendment #3 to the contr:1ct with Kitsap County (#KC-041-83) for the detention of juvenile 0 fenders for Jeffer- son County, as recommended by Lois Smith, Director, Juvenile Services. Commissioner Brown seconded the motion.
