The meeting was called to order at 10:00 .m. by Chairman

CarIDi Saran re; Rental of VFW Hall: The 'ental agreement
presented by Carmi Saran was approved on the motion of Commissioner
Brown, seconded by Commissioner Pitts. Unanimous.
CONTRACT Re;CPU Sales and Leasing, Inc.: The purchase of
two IBM 36 Display stations from CPU Sales and Leasng, Inc. was approved
on the motion of Commissioner Pitts, seconded by Co'missioner Brown.

In response to the Board's inquirylas to the County,'s liability coverage
for volunteers working on County ptoperty, Homer Smith advised that they
are covered the same as an employe~ as long as theyl are working with
the County's permission. I !
