all the setback requirements into account before he Iset up the forms
for the foundation of his house on a lot in the Ma ,shall/Williams
Addition, but when the Building Inspector checked i! one corner of the,
house was only 11 feet from the County road right-o -way. The Uniform
Building Code requires a 20 foot setback.
Since the Planning/Building and Public Works depart lents have indicated
there is no problem with leaving the setback at 11 eet, Commissioner
Brown moved and Commissioner Pitts seconded the mot Ion to approve the
variance as requested by Mr. & Mrs. Mackaby. Unani :ous.
