Rob Cook re; North Beach Park: Rob Cook _epresenting residents of North Beach area advised the Board that the I residents had a meeting wit he City Council, the Mayor and the Chief of pi lice of Port Townsend, to to resolve their concerns regarding night di~turbances at the Cou 's North Beach Park.
