Comm ssioner John L. Pitts was at another meeting on Monday and was in a tendance on Tuesday. * * * BUSINESS FROM COUNTY DEPARTMENTS: PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT Station-Prairie Road Vacation: Gene Seton was pres Shelton, Public Works Director, explained that the need to be addressed to proceed on the Intent to Vaca Road: 1) Take the matter off the table (see Minute 1984) 2) The county needs to accept either the Sta provided by Mr. Lammers or the Declaration of Easem lammers. A Statutory Warranty Deed gives the prope and any improvemenrnmade have to be to County speci the County's responsibility for maintenance.
