Jefferson County Department of Community Development staff have reviewed the application
materials for the above proposed project and have determined that your application is not complete.
The following information is needed by August 8, 2021 to constitute a complete application:
The following is nessecary to complete approval of BLD20-00557:
1. Submit a revision form to accompany the floor plan you submitted.
2. Notarize and record the Notice to Title. Submit a copy after recording.
3. Pay attached invoice.
Pursuant to JCC18.40.110(3)(b), if an applicant does not submit additional information, does not
request additional time to submit the required information within the ninety (90) calendar day period,
or does not appeal the decision, the application will be considered abandoned and therefore
withdrawn and the applicant shall forfeit the application fee. The Department of Community
Development shall not be responsible for notifying the applicant of an impending expiration.
Please advise the Department of Community Development in writing of your intentions.
