Subject: MLA19-00036 BDN - Notice of Application
Mr. Sheppard,
I am contacting you about noticing the BDN application with SEPA review. In Jefferson County, applications are noticed
on Wednesdays and the soonest I can notice the BDN application is July 21. For this to happen, I would need a
confirmation from you by this Thursday, July 15 at noon. Also, you would need to pick up notice boards from DCD on
Tuesday, July 20, 2021 and have them installed in obvious locations by Wednesday, July 21. Notices need to be posted
at the following five locations (i.e., I would be giving you five notice boards to install):
1. The Smersh parcel where the geoduck farm will be located;
2. The other Smersh parcel where vehicles will be parked;
3. The BDN, LLC parcel where vehicles will be parked and tubes will be stored;
4. The county park where vehicles may be parked; and
5. The state park where the boat launch and parking lot will be used.
Let me know if the above works for you and I will move forward with noticing. If not, please indicate another week in
which you would be available to pick up noticing boards/packets from DCD on a Tuesday and have them
installed/posted by Wednesday.
