Hi Marilyn,
The SEPA attachments are listed on pages 2 and 3 of the Environmental Checklist. Attachments J1, J2, and J3 are not
listed on these two pages so I think the reference you found to J attachments is a typo (page 4; checklist item A.10.A —
government approvals). The date of the Corps permit in A.10.A is December 19, 2016. This can be found in SEPA
Attachment D2-Cumulative Impacts Supplement 2021 as Appendix G.

Hello, Donna.
I have a question about some documents mentioned in the SEPA Checklist in the Smersh application.
Page 3, Item 10, answer A, says:
A. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers approval under Nationwide Permit (NWP) 48, Commercial
Shellfish Acquaculture Activities, dated December 19, 2016. (See Attachments J1, J2 and J3.)
The online posted SEPA Checklist itself has no attachments, and I also notice that online, there is no posted attachment
labeled "SEPA Att J."

Are you able to tell me if:
1. The application's SEPA Checklist did not include any Attachments J1, J2, or J3; or
2. These attachments were included but are labeled as something else in what was posted online; or
3. These attachments were included but they were not posted online.
