Hi Marilyn,
I see what happened: Your 8/20/21 emails stated four files were sent, my 8/23/21 email stated three files were
received, and neither of us caught the discrepancy.
I checked with our computer staff and it turns out Section C was blocked due to size. Could you resend that section as 2
or 3 separate files?

Hi, Donna.
In looking through the posted comments to the Smersh application, I don't see our "Section C Marine Environment"
comments posted. We sent them to you on Friday, August 20 at 2:56 pm, and you confirmed receiving them on
August 23, at 8:37 am.
I'm forwarding my original email to you here WITHOUT the attachment, so that it won't be posted twice, if you just
haven't yet posted Section C.
Please let me know if there was/is a problem with receiving/posted this "Section C Marine Environment." If you can't
find Section C, I will send it again.
