Dear Board of County Commissioners,
On Thursday your Health Officer dropped a bomb on restaurants byrequiring them to obtain protected health information from theirpatrons, the day before a big holiday weekend and the day after theLeader reported "Commissioners not ready to impose accessrestrictions for the unvaccinated".
Why the short notice? Did young Berry proceed on her own? Or if shewas authorized, why did Commissioners tell the Leader this imminentaction was "not on the table"? Who is responsible for this colossalfrack-up?
Berry's rushed action coincided with New York State being forced torepeal its own vaccination papers order, after being successfullychallenged on multiple grounds including constitutionality, equalprotection, prohibitions against mandating experimental treatments,and not being justified by the science given the CDC's recentconfirmation that Corona vaccines do not prevent transmission.
Additional grounds for challenge include abuse of emergency powers,inapplicable enforcement authorization, violation of HIPAA protectedhealth information privacy laws, and multiple demonstrably falsebackground statements supporting the order. All these grounds aredetailed and sourced in my legal challenge that you have already received.
Berry had already been provided with information contradictingseveral of her false statements by commentators to the Board ofHealth on August 19, but at that time Berry cavalierly dismissed thisinput saying "That was just a slurry of outright falsehoods, which isdangerous", without providing any specifics to justify her slanderousaspersions. Instead of taking seriously the facts provided to her,she negligently perpetuated known misinformation to justify herSeptember 2 order.
Most absurd is Berry's statement that "serious safety problems andlong-term side effects are rare", proven false by the underreportedVAERS database linking Corona vaccines with an astounding 650,077adverse events and 13,911 deaths, more in half a year than all othervaccines combined throughout VAERS' 31-year history (which normallyshows only 100-200 deaths per year from all vaccines).
The Swine Flu vaccine was taken off the market in disgrace after 25deaths, so Corona vaccines should have been likewise withdrawn backin January after their first 186 deaths. Even if some of their13,911 deaths occurring days after vaccination were coincidental, so
too were some of the much lower death counts in all previous
years. The question remains: Why are Corona vaccine death reports at
least 300 times higher than any other vaccine in history?
Until this question is answered, how in the world can you evenconsider contravening the Nuremberg Code by coercing unwillingindividuals - and children! - into having their bodies violated witha potentially deadly injection?
A week ago the Leader's regular columnist scapegoated questioners,calling for them to be interned and deprived of theirlivelihoods. Now your Health Officer follows up on his hate speechby illegally ordering people to produce papers before being allowedto eat in restaurants.
Please direct your Health Officer to immediately withdraw herproblematic order and never try anything like this again.
