Dr. Berry —
You are required to report all of those fully-jabbed deaths to VAERS. It is mandatory, NOToptional. It doesn’t matter if you don’t think there is a link. The product you are injecting is
still under EUA; it has not received FDA approval. Perhaps death WAS their response to theirvaccines. You cannot prove it wasn’t.
4. The vaccination provider is responsible for mandatory reporting of the following to
the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS): • vaccine administration errors whether or not associated with an adverse event, • serious adverse events* (irrespective of attribution to vaccination), • cases of Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome (MIS) in adults and children, and • cases of COVID-19 that result in hospitalization or death.
Complete and submit reports to VAERS online at https://vaers.hhs.gov/reportevent.html. Forfurther assistance with reporting to VAERS call 1-800-822-7967. The reports should includethe words “Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine EUA” in the description section of thereport.
5. The vaccination provider is responsible for responding to FDA requests for informationabout vaccine administration errors, adverse events, cases of MIS in adults and children, andcases of COVID-19 that result in hospitalization or death following administration of Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine to recipients. * Serious adverse events are defined as: • Death; • A life-threatening adverse event; • Inpatient hospitalization or prolongation of existing hospitalization; • A persistent or significant incapacity or substantial disruption of the ability to conductnormal life functions; • A congenital anomaly/birth defect; • An important medical event that based on appropriate medical judgement may jeopardize theindividual and may require medical or surgical intervention to prevent one of the outcomeslisted above.

Face it, Dr. Berry — this experimental gene-based therapy is not preventing infection, it’s notpreventing transmission, and, yes — IT’S KILLING PEOPLE!
