This individual is a personal friend who contacted me directly. I responded with the following:
Hey Vicki, the order doesn’t speak of volunteers, but I would say that they (the volunteers) would be
the same as workers. So, if workers can work so can volunteers. The important key is that they are
masked at all times.

I am a volunteer with an establishment that serves food and has a bar. I am wondering if I am not
vaccinated or only half vaccinated can I still volunteer under the employee guidelines that were
established on 09/04/21?
