To the Board of Health,
I fully support your efforts to curb the Covid-19 pandemic. Masks are effective and simple towear for the vast majority of people. The science is clear. The covid-19 vaccine is safe and
effective and is probably the most effective pharmaceutical available to reduce morbidity andmortality worldwide of any medication currently available. The healthcare system and broader
society is buckling under the pandemic. We need to get the pandemic under control with theproven safe and effective means that are available. We need to heed the best scientific advise
and our public health advisors. We cannot let a vocal minority with unsubstantiated claimsintimidate the board of health and the dedicated health care workers in our community.
