WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners and Bennett, Johnson,
Slenes and Smith A. I. A. and Associates entered an agreement, dated
whereby the said architectural firm would provide
certain professional services related to the Jefferson County Multi- Services
Center, and
WHHIH::AS, the said architectural firm has commenced performance of
the services, and
WHEREAS, by resolution no. 50 -74 and resolution no. 55 -74 certain
Federal Revenue Sharing funds were transferred to a Building Construction Fund;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County be and
is hereby authorized to pay the firm of Bennett, Johnson Slenes and Smith A. I. A.
and Associates for services performed under its agreement with the County
based on itemized billings approved by the Board of County Commissioners.
