WNkytEAS, the Board of County Comilnissioners of Jefferson County did by
resolution unanimously passed on Deceicber gel , 1974, declare that an emergency
existed to provide additional funds for the County Law Library in the sun of
$2,800 and setting a hearing on said emergency for January 20, 1975, at the
hour of 10:00 a.m.; and,
KM'E,AS, notice of said hearing was published for one Creek in the official
newspaper of Jefferson County as required by law; and,
WHEREAS, the nearing on this matter having been held and all appearing
naving been given an opportunity to speak for and against the said appropriation;
and,
40d, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that there be and hereby is appropriated
for the County Law Library the sum of $2,800 from unexpended Federal Revenue
Sharing Funds to provide for the purchase of law books.
