WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the Board of County Commissioners
for Jefferson County, Washington, that in order to conduct the affairs of the Sanitary
Landfill in a prompt and orderly manner it appears necessary that a REVOLVING FUND
be established in the amount of three hundred dollars ($300.00), and
WHEREAS, such authority was not included in the Budget
of Jefferson County for calendar 1975, and
WHEREAS, it appears that an emergency exists, which could not have been reasonably
foreseen at the time of the adoption of said budget,
THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, WASHINGTON, that the aforementioned facts constitute an emergency, and
that the estimated amount of funds to be appropriated to meet such emergency is
three hundred dollars ($300.00);
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED and there be and hereby is appropriated and chargeable
Dept. of Public Works
to the So11d Waste Fund said sum of three hundred dollars ($300.00).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the subject matter hereof is one to meet mandatory
expenditures required by law, this resolution shall be in force and take effect without
further notice, ior,%�earing .
