HomeMy WebLinkAbout7th & Hendricks/OlyCAP - Real Property Purchase and Sale, Amendment No. 1 (ins ex 032123) - 092121 1ST Amendment to Purchase and Sale Agreement Jefferson County to OlyCAP Page 1 of 3 1st AMENDMENT TO REAL PROPERTY PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT This 1ST AMENDMENT TO REAL PROPERTY PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT ("Amendment') amends the REAL PROPERTY PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT ("Agreement") signed on September 13. 2021 by the parties, namely Jefferson County, a Washington municipal corporation (the "County") and 7th Hendricks GP LLC, a Washington limited liability company(UBI Number 604 565 864,"7th Hendricks"). This Amendment modifies Section 5 of the Agreement only and changes the Closing Agent from "First American Title Company,2424 S.Park Ave.,Port Townsend,WA 98368,(360)385-1322(`First American Title') to First American Title Company, 920 Fifth Avenue, Suite 1200 Seattle, WA 98104, (206) 615- 3260 ("First American Title"). All other provisions of the Agreement remain the same.
