RESOLUTION NO. 3-98
WHEREAS, one-half (12) of the Jefferson COlmty Prosecuting Attorney's salary
is paid by the State of Waslllngton in accordance with R. C. W. 36.17.020; and
WHEREAS, the Waslllngton State Treasurer requires documentation of the
salary established as a basis for payment of the State's share of the Jefferson County
Prosecuting Attorney's salary.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the salary for the Jefferson
County Prosecuting Attorney for the calendar year 1998 is sixty eight thousand, nine
hundred fifty-four and 00/100 dollars ($68,954.00), effective January 1, 1998.
