RESOLUTION NO. 4-98
WHEREAS, an emergency exists due to flooding caused by unusual weather
conditions as declared an emergency, Resolution 128-97, dated December 5, 1997 and;
WHEREAS, a hazard exists to the public on Upper Hoh Road, County Road
Number 914207, due to washouts caused by flooding and erosion, and;
WHEREAS, Chapter 47.48 RCW authorizes the restriction and closure of roads;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Upper Hoh Road, County Road Number
914207, vicinity M.P. 6.7, is closed to all unauthorized vehicles and traffic commencing
immediately and remaining closed until such time as the road is stabilized and reopened.
