STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
ADVISORY BOARD REAPPOINTMENT
Advisory Board Reappointment (4) re: Solid Waste Advisory Committee (SWAC);
District 2 Citizen Representative, Jenifer Taylor; Skookum Contract Services
Representative, Alysa Thomas; District 1 Citizen Representative, Lisa Crosby; Citizen
at Large Representative, Bart Kale
ANALYSIS:
A letter of interest for reappointment was received from four current SWAC members
who have served the community well by assisting staff with solid waste programing.
Letters of interest are attached. A local SWAC is mandated by RCW 70.95.165(3).
Costs associated with SWAC activity is identified in the draft 2022 - 2023 Solid Waste
Budget.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the reappointment and update the membership list.
