Naming a Private Road X
Aerie Lane X
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has received a petition to name a private
road Hiddenhill Lane, or Cedarhill Lane, or Aerie Lane as shown on attached Exhibit "A",
pursuant to Jefferson County 911 Ordinance Number 2-0401-91 and;
WHEREAS, the petitioner is a property owner on this road, and;
WHEREAS, the petitioner wishes to establish this road name to allow for addressing
along the road and eliminate confusion due to similar road names as required by the Jefferson
County 911 Emergency Locator System Ordinance and;
WHEREAS, research has shown that there are five (5) addresses assigned on this
milepost number at this time that will be affected by establishing the road name as shown on
attached Exhibit "B";
WHEREAS, notification was sent to interested parties and;
WHEREAS, a response was received by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office as
shown on attached Exhibit "C" and;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the road be named Aerie Lane.
