FOR DISPOSAL }
RESOLUTION NO. 20-03
WHEREAS, certain copiers belonging to Jefferson County have been identified by
the Information Services Department as no longer required for County purposes because they are
broken, worn out or outdated; and,
WHEREAS, notice of intention to sell this surplus County property is not required
per RCW 36.34.020 because the total value of the items is less than two thousand five hundred
dollars ($2,500.00); and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED, by the Jefferson County Board of
Commissioners, that the following property identified as:

Subject: Request to Declare Copiers Surplus
The following three copy machines have been replaced by new equipment. My research indicates that the total value
of the three machines is less than $100. It is my recommendation that these pieces of equipment not be stored until
the next surplus sale, but declared immediately surplus and disposed of.
