In the matter of providing a loan to the }
Quilcene Flood Fund from the Road Fund }
RESOLUTION NO. 24-03
WHEREAS, the Quilcene Flood Fund was created for the purpose of accounting for certain
grant funded projects, and
WHEREAS, the Quilcene Flood Fund will require funds to pay for the grant projects prior
to receiving grant funds,
IT IS HEREBY FOUND AND DECLARED that the public health, safety and welfare
requires this Board of County Commissioners to proceed in manner and form as herein determined,
and that the sum of $50,000.00 be loaned to the Quilcene Flood Fund from the Road Fund. The
loan will be repaid without interest and repayment will be made in the full amount on or before
December 31,2004.
