The Standard Vacation of a x
Portion of Holman Blvd. in the x
Plat of Irondale No. 7 x
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners has reviewed a road vacation petition
submitted by Michael Rezan; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Hearinz Examiner held a public hearinz on the road vacation
petition on April 2, 2002; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Hearinz Examiner considered testimony of the public, comments
from applicable departments, azencies and offices, and recommendations from the Jefferson County
Department of Public Works and Jefferson County Department of Community Development at the public
hearinz;and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Hearinz Examiner detert1Ùned at the public hearinz that the
public will benefit from the vacation of this road and such vacation complies with the Jefferson County
Comprehensive Plan and other applicable plans, policies or ordinances; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners considered said Hearinz Examiner's
report of the public hearinz and his recommendation for the vacation request and hereby adopts the
Findinzs of the Jefferson County Hearinz Examiner dated May 14, 2002,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the followinz be vacated and abandoned pursuant to
RCW 36.87.140 and Jefferson County Road Vacation Ordinance No. 05-0924-01: that portion of platted
Holman Blvd lyinz between block 89 and block 92 in the plat of Irondale No.7 as recorded at volume 2 of
plats, paze 144, records of Jefferson County, Washinzton. This vacation affects parcel numbers:
961808901 and 961809201. Subject to any easements of record.
