Schedule for FLSA Exempt }
Management and Professional }
Employees }
RESOLUTION NO 84-03
WHEREAS, Resolution 05-03 adopted on January 13, 2003 updated the
compensation matrix for FLSA Exempt management and professional employees; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution is reviewed each year and adjusted as may be
necessary or desirable to assure compensation of Jefferson County management and professional
employees remains in structural alignment with internal compensation schedules, and
competitive in the marketplace; and
WHEREAS, after review by the Bòard of Commissioners during the 2004 budget
process it was determined that such an adjustment is necessary in 2004 in order that these
employees are treated in a manner consistent with other employees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED, that Resolution Number 05-03 is hereby
amended by the compensation rates established in the attached, updated EXHIBIT A.
BE IT FINALLY RESOL VED, said schedule shall take effect on the first day of
January 2004 and remain in effect until amended or replaced.
