In the Matter of Changing the Fund Number }
for the Community Network Fund }
for the 2002 Budget }
RESOLUTION NO. ~2
WHEREAS, in order to reflect the change in the Community Network Fund in the 2002
Budget from a special revenue fund to a fiduciary fund; and,
WHEREAS, the 2002 Budget request for this fund has been reviewed, hearings held,
adjustment made, and the Commissioners have set the levies and adopted the budget.
NO1¥, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED, by the Jefferson County Commissioners, that
the Auditor is hereby authorized to change the fund number of the Community Network Fund from
#131-000-010 TO #671-005-010.
