In the matter of making technical
adjustments to Resolution No. 96-01
Establishing County Commissioner Districts

RESOLUTION NO. 15-02
WHEREAS, the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners adopted on December
17th, 2001 a plan for establishing County Commissioner Districts in accordance with RCW
29.70.100, and;
WHEREAS, upon close inspection of property boundaries by the Jefferson County
Auditor it was found the proposed district boundary appears to split parcels of land in Precinct
107 in such a way as to make it impossible to determine which Commissioner District the
residence on the parcel would be assigned, and;
WHEREAS, a minor adjustment in the proposed district boundary will clarify
which Commissioner District is appropriate for the residence to be assigned without significantly
affecting the overall redistricting plan previously adopted.
NOW THEREFOR BE IT RESOL VED, by the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners that the Commissioner Districts for Jefferson County previously established per
Resolution No. 96-01 be technically adjusted as described on Attachment A, attached,
