STATE OF WASHINGTON COUNTY OF JEFFERSON CONSOLIDATING, AMENDING AND CREATING ) VOTING PRECINCTS 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, ) 106, 107, 108, 109, 201, 202, 301, 302, 303, 306, ) 501, 502, 503, 504, AND 505 ) INTO SEVENTEEN PRECINCTS 101, 102, 103, ) 104,105,106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 201, 301, 302, ) 303, 501, 502, AND 503 ) RESOLUTION NO. 19-02 WHEREAS, Voting Precincts 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 201, 202, 301, 302, 303, 306, 501, 502, 503, 504 and 505 are located all on the East-End of Jefferson County and outside the City Limits of Port Townsend, and WHEREAS, as part of the Jefferson County re-districting process and to continue cost savings to the tax payers, it is now deemed necessary to consolidate, amend and create these precincts, and WHEREAS, these precincts shall be designated as Precinct 101, 102, 103, (formally 101) Precinct 104, (formally 104 and 105) Precinct 105, (formally 106-part and 107-part) Precinct 106 (formally 106-part) Precinct 107 (formally 107-part) Precinct 108, (formally 102) Precinct 109, (formally 108 and 109) Precinct 110, (formally 103) Precinct 201, (formally 201 and 202) Precinct 301, (formally 301-part) Precinct 302, (formally 301-part and all of 302) Precinct 303, (formally 303 and 306) Precinct 501 (formally 501 and 502) Precinct 502, (formally 503 and 504) and Precinct 503, (formally 505) the legal description of each precinct being attached.
