PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZATION }
FOR DISPOSAL }
RESOLUTION NO. 25-02
WHEREAS, certain office equipment belonging to Jefferson County have been identified
by the Information Services Department as no longer required for County purposes because it is
broken, worn out or outdated; and;
WHEREAS, notice of intention to sell this surplus County property is not required per
RCW 36,34.020 because the total value of the items is less than two thousand five hundred dollars
($2,500.00); and
NO~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Jefferson County Board of
Commissioners, that the following property identified as:

Request to Declare Equipment Surplus
The following four machines have been replaced by new equipment. My research indicates that the total
value of the machines is less than $300. It is my recommendation that these pieces of equipment should
not be stored until the next surplus sale, but should be declared surplus immediately and disposed of.
