Home My WebLink About032 02 (!. , ,qa ~~1::J . .~.;;¿ J' oDd- STATE OF WASHINGTON County of Jefferson IN THE MATTER OF ESTABLISHING THE DATE FOR 2003 BUDGET SUBMISSIONS, REVIEW HEARINGS AND FINAL ADOPTION } } } } RESOLUTION NO. 32-02 WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.40.070, the Jefferson County Board of Commissioners shall meet the first week in October to hold budget hearings for the purpose of adoption of the Jefferson County budget for 2003; and WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.40.010, the Jefferson County Auditor shall notify in writing each elective or appointive County official to file with her on or before the 12th day of August 2002, an estimated budget for the ensuing year, for submission to the Budget Manager by September 3,2002; now, therefore; BE IT RESOL VED, that the 2003 budget reviews shall be held with the Department Heads and Elected Officials as necessary during the month of September and that during the first week in October (October 7 to 11) budget hearings shall be held and upon conclusion of said hearings, the Jefferson County Budget for 2003 shall be adopted. ~ APPROVED this ~ day of May, 2002. . . . ; 1" v '..
