NOTICE OF INTENTION }
TO SELL SURPLUS COUNTY }
PERSONAL PROPERTY }
RESOLUTION NO. 36-02
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the County Commissioners of Jefferson County to dispose of
surplus property, and
WHEREAS, various County Departments have indicated those items on the attached list of
surplus equipment to be declared surplus and sold at a public auction, to be held on July 27,2002 at the
Jefferson County Shop in Port Hadlock, and;
WHEREAS, RCW 36,34.020 requires that this intention should be published regarding the
disposal of any County property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED, by the Commissioners of Jefferson County that
a Notice of Hearing shall be published as required by RCW 36.34.020 particularly describing the property
proposed to be sold by Stokes Auction on behalf of the County, after public hearing to be held for such
consideration July 1, 2002 in the Jefferson County Commissioners Chambers at the Jefferson County
Courthouse.
