Home My WebLink About040 02 WT~~)jlPd-- p~ J STATE OF WASHINGTON County of Jefferson IN THE MA TIER OF FINDINGS AND DETERMINATION TO DECLARE CERTAIN COUNTY PROPERTY AS SURPLUS } } } } RESOLUTION NO. 40-02 WHEREAS, it is the desire of the County Commissioners of Jefferson County to dispose of surplus property, and WHEREAS, several department within the County's jurisdiction have indicated those items on the attached lists of surplus equipment for sale at public auction dated July 27, 2002, and; WHEREAS, the requirement of RCW 36.34.020 that an intention to declare surplus be published with a Notice of Public Hearing regarding the disposal of any County property has been met and the public hearing held on July 1, 2002 at 11:00 a,m.,; and, WHEREAS, the Commissioners heard no objection to the declaration of these items as surplus. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED, by the Commissioners of Jefferson County that they make a finding and determination as required by RCW 36.34.050 to declare the particularly described property as surplus and allow the Treasurer to proceed with the disposition of said surplus items.
