In the Matter of: Establishment of a County }
Road: Road formerly known as Ridgeview }
Court to be an Extension to Ridgeview Drive }
RESOLUTION NO, 48-02
WHEREAS, this matter coming to be heard this day upon the County Road Engineer's report with
respect to "Resolution No. 42-02: Intent to Establish a County Road" submitted by the Jefferson County
Commissioners; and
WHEREAS, it appears to the Board of County Commissioners that notice of hearing has been
posted and published to the time and in the manner provided by law, proof of such publication and
posting being now on file herein; and
WHEREAS, the Petitioners will be responsible for all upgrade and repairs with associated costs
necessary to construct Ridgeview Court to County standards as provided by the Engineers report
associated with the County establishment of the currently name Ridgeview Court as an extension to
Ridgeview Drive in compliance with R.C.W. 36.81; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners having heard and considered all evidence and
matters submitted in relation thereto does now find and determine that the establishment of the road
formerly called Ridgeview Court, as an extension to Ridgeview Drive, as a part of the county road system
will benefit the public.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL VED and it is hereby ordered that the private road known as
Ridgeview Court, as depicted on the plat of Ridgeview Short Plat, recorded in Volume 4 of Short Plats,
Page 16, dated February 3, 1997, in the NW 1;4 of the NW 1;4 of Section 34, Township 30 North, Range 1
West, Willamette Meridian, Jefferson County, Washington and more descriptively shown on attached
"Exhibit A", be hereby established and become an extension of Ridgeview Drive.
ADOPTED this 19th day of August, 2002.
