I am requesting a $700.00 increase in funds for the subject account. This increase
would raise the present limit from $1500.00 to $2200.00 per month.
This account remits a weekly check to the Washington State Patrol, Washington
State Auditor and Jefferson County Auditor from proceeds collected for Concealed Pistol
licenses. Often times, because of the Auditor's "input" date or payroll etc. account
reimbursement was delayed. This in turn required issuance of a manual check.
The additional funds would preclude this unnecessary financial transaction. Thank
you for your earliest attention to this request.
Sincerely,
~~
