Equipment Rental and Revolving (ER&R) }
Fund }
RESOLUTION NO. 35-01
WHEREAS, the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners adopted Resolution
No, 20-01, which provided for the reorganization of departments reporting to County
Administrator and, said resolution established the Department of Central Services with the
functions of Information Services, Facilities, and Equipment Rental, and Revolving; and,
WHEREAS, RCW 36.33A.030 provides for the appointment of an administrator of
the Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund and RCW 36.92.030 provides for the appointment of
an administrative head of a Central Services Department; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Jefferson County Commissioners adopted Resolution
No. 112-96 creating the Department of Information Services to function as a central services
department; and,
WHEREAS, and the Board of County Commissioners adopted Ordinance 09-
1002-00 granting specific authorities and responsibilities to the County Administrator for the
organization, operation, and administration of county government.
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED, that the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners hereby expressly authorizes the County Administrator to appoint an Admin-
istrator of the Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund and such appointee shall serve as the
Supervisor of Central Services per RCW 36,92,030,
