In the Matter of Designating a Jefferson County}
Representative and Alternate Representative to }
the North Olympic Peninsula Resource, }
Conservation and Development District }
Council (RC&D) }
RESOLUTION NO. 36-01
WHEREAS, the United States Department of Agriculture has provided funding to
establish an North Olympic Peninsula Resource, Conservation and Development District that
includes Clallam and Jefferson Counties; and,
WHEREAS, Jefferson County has been identified as an organizing government
and member of the North Olympic Peninsula Resource, Conservation and Development District;
and,
WHEREAS, each member organization is required to appoint a representative and
an alternate representative to serve on the District Council.
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED, that the Board of Jefferson County
Commissioners hereby appoints Commissioner Richard Wojt to serve as the Jefferson County
Representative on the Council with County Administrator Charles Saddler to serve as the
alternate representative.
