The eight Motorola cell phones listed are still in working order and could be donated to the domestic violence program for their use. In looking at auction sites on the internet for those particular cell phones, I found their value ranged from $10 to $20 each so I have given them a residual value of $160 for all eight. The rest of the equipment listed is broken and unusable. I certify that it has a value of less than $2,500 and recommend that it be declared surplus. P.O.
