In the Matter of:
Closing Out Non-Active Funds
RESOLUTION NO. 47 ~l
WHEREAS, Jefferson County has the Community Services Trust Account Fund,
the Flexible Benefits Plan Fund and the Regional Planning Council Fund; and
WHEREAS, there has been no activity on the Community Services Trust Account
Fund, the Flexible Benefits Plan Fund or the Regional Planning Council Fund in the last four
years; and,
WHEREAS, Jefferson County has determined that there are no obligations
outstanding against these funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED, that the County Treasurer be and is
hereby authorized to transfer funds from the Community Services Trust Account Fund # 626-
000-010 for $2,497.00, the Flexible Benefits Plan Fund # 627-000-010 for $769.33, and the
Regional Planning Council Fund # 681-000-010 for $103.97 to Jefferson County's General Fund
#001-000-000.
IT IS FURTHER RESOL VED, that the disclosure for transfer of such funds shall
be made as a Residual Equity Transfer on the County's Annual Financial Statements.
