RESOLUTION NO. 56-01
WHEREAS, planned construction work on Lindsay Hill Road, County Road No. 330109, Project No.
X01386, shall cause interruption and unavoidable delays to traffic, and
WHEREAS, as potential hazard exists to the motoring public and the construction workers, and
WHEREAS, alternate routes are available to the motoring public, and
WHEREAS, Chapter 47.48 RC.W. authorized closure of roads,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that said Lindsay Hill Road from milepost 0.00 (East Quilcene Road) to
milepost 0.83 (Old Lindsay Hill Road) be closed to all traffic, commencing in August, 2001, and terminating in
October, 2001, or until such earlier date that it is determined to be safe for traffic, and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that road closures shall occur for a maximum of30 working days between
the above referenced dates in accordance with the Plans and Specifications for the Lindsay Hill Road Restoration
Project, X01386, and that such closures may be effective for a 24-hour period and may fall on any day of the
week.
