In the Matter of Providing a Positive
Cash Balance in the Jefferson County
H.J. Carroll Park Fund
RESOLUTION N060-01
WHEREAS, The Jefferson County H.J. Carroll Park Fund budget provides the
funding for capital improvements for the H.J. Carroll Park; and,
WHEREAS, the funding for the H.J. Carroll Park Fund relies on various funding
sources including the General Fund; and,
WHEREAS, The revenue budget for the H.J. Carroll Park Fund is in need of a
transfer from the General Fund to meet expenditure requirements for a Binding Site Plan and
Picnic Pavilion project management expenditures;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED, That the County Treasurer be and is
hereby authorized to transfer funds from the General Fund in the amount of$14,385.00 to the
H.J. Carroll Park Fund.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the General Transfer of$14,385.00 be used to
fund the Binding Site Plan and Picnic Pavilion project management costs.
