ISSIONERS Board of Commissioners 1820 Jefferson Street PO Box 1220 Port Townsend, Washington 98368 Re: Petty Cash Fund Dear Board, We have had several occasions Îrl the past where we have found it necessary to purchase small items for the Sheriff's office. To help conserve time and money, it seems it would be more efficient and practical to have a petty cash account set-up. It has heen discovered \hat in the past, there were checks written from \he Sheriff's Revolving Fund Account that should have been withdrawn elsewhere. I believe an account with $200.00 would help lessen errors \hat were made in the past. Please consider this request and draw up a resolulion to present to the Board of Commissioners. Sincerely, ~.~ Sheriff PGP:th KEN SUKERT UNDERSHERIFF ROBERT ANDERSON CHIEF CIVIL DEPUTY CARLA SCHUCK SUPT. OF CORRECTIONS
