RESOLUTION NO. 80...01
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the County Commissioners of Jefferson County to
dispose of surplus properties, and
WHEREAS, Jefferson County has indicated a need to dispose of properties located
in Jefferson County that are described as follows, which have been declared surplus, for
sale at a public auction to be held on December 14,2001.

Parcel Number 821-323-004 being a portion of S32 T28N RIE, Tax 4

Parcel Number 991-800-202, Riverside Addition, Block 2, Lots 3, 4, 5, 6,
9 all and 2 and 7 (W 15')
WHEREAS, R.C.W. 26.34.020 requires that this intention should be published
with a Notice of Public Hearing regarding the disposal of any County Property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED, by the Commissioners of Jefferson
County that a Notice of Hearing shall be published as required by RCW 36.34.020
particularly describing the properties proposed to be sold and designating the place
where, the day and hour, when the hearing will be held for such consideration.
