The Department of Community Development is in the process of reviewing your application. The
following information is needed to continue review of your project.
The submitted engineered stormwater site plan does not include the critical area information as
presented in both the geotechnical report or the critical area assessment. Please be sur e to include
all critical areas on an overviewed engineered site plan including all associated buffers.
Please submit the above information to the Department of Community Development within 90 days
of the date of this letter which would be 3/3/2021. Please call 360-379-4450 to speak with the
