Addition to the City of Port Townsend
said point being in the road heading
from Port Townsend to Port discovery, thence in a South-easterly
direction through the donation claims of Albert Briggs and
J. G. Clinger
and throught the U. S. Military Reserve to a point 60 feet north from
the N. E. cor of the R. S. Robinson donation claim
July 10th, 1889
