Hello Amanda,
Thank you for contacting the DAHP about the new single family residence and septic project planned on
parcel 995400061. The project is located in an area determined to be at high risk of containing archaeology according to
the DAHP predictive model. However, as no previous archaeological resources are reported from this area, and because
the highest risk areas of the property were previously developed with a garage in 1963, the DAHP does not recommend
an archaeological survey at this time. Instead, we recommend the project move forward following a standard
Inadvertent Discovery Plan.
I have assigned this correspondence to DAHP Project 2021‐09‐06411. Please reference this number in any future
correspondence with the DAHP about this project.
Feel free to contact me if you have questions about these recommendations.
Best,
Stephanie

Hi Stephanie,
Good Morning‐ I have a septic system and building permit application for a proposed new septic system and
manufactured home located on parcel 995400061. I have attached the site plan. The proposed project site is located
approximately 400 ft away from a potential archaeological site identified on the DAHP mapping site. The archeology
mapping is shown in the attached PNG. I am wondering if this project would require a cultural resource survey or if can I
issue their permits with an Inadvertent Discovery Plan (IDP)? I appreciate all your guidance. Thank you!
Best,
Amanda H.
