Here are my comments for the latest submission of Moxley Short Plat.
The property description is listed on both pages 1 and 2. If the description remains on page 1,
please remove the parcel number. The following comments pertain to both descriptions.
I would like to point out, the AF# listed at the beginning of the description is for a QCD that was
recorded as a correction for a previous owner. Perhaps the AF# for the Moxley's SWD would be a
better choice.
The easement reference has an error. It references "Auditor Parcel Number" which is incorrect, it
would be Assessor's Parcel Number. On that same note, I would like to see this sentence
completely removed, as it references a parcel number, parcel numbers change so we recommend not
using parcel numbers as a reference. Change the wording to something as -
TOGETHER WITH A 30' NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS,EGRESS AND UTILITIES;
MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN AUDITOR'S FILE NO. 625702,RECORDS OF JEFFERSON
COUNTY, WASHINGTON.
