CALL TO ORDER: Port Townsend Mayor/Rotating Chair Michelle Sandoval called the Regular Meeting to order after confirming there was a quorum. Also present at the meeting was Facilitator Lizanne Coker. ACKNOWLEDGMENT of WRITTEN PUBLIC COMMENTS: There were no comments to address. DISCUSSION re: Review of Fund 148 and Fund 149: Facilitator Coker reviewed the funds. DISCUSSION re: 2021/2022 Request for Proposals (RFP): Member Fleming provided a presentation on the 2022 RFP Review Panel recommendations. The RFP Panel consisted of Members Cochrane, Fleming, Morey, Webster and Nole. The RFP Panel was told there was $175,000 in funds available from Fund 148 and $275,000 in funds available from Fund 149. Member Nole seconded the motion. The motion carried. UPDATE re: Interlocal Agreement (ILA): Member Brotherton and Rotating Chair Sandoval provided an ILA update. DISCUSSION re: Sub-Committee Team Reports: The Task Force members were briefed on subcommittees. Member Brotherton stated that the County finalized purchase on a 30 acre parcel on Mill Road. Member Funaro stated she will be stepping down from the Housing Task Force and the Joint Oversight Board. DISCUSSION re: Housing Report: Facilitator Coker provided a report and presented the 2020 Housing Task Force Annual Report draft. FUTURE MEETINGS and AGENDA ITEMS: The Task Force discussed future agenda items which included: A Peninsula Housing Network presentation, Coordinated Entry information, housing definition, and a Homeward Bound presentation.
