Send results to recipients after BOCC approves recommendations Mid-AugustNovember Prepare agreements and send through Contract Review Process Late-early September November Send agreements to funding recipients SeptemberDecember Schedule agreements on Consent Agenda for BOCC approval Early February Remind Lodging Tax recipients to return reporting form to prior year (deadline: February 28) Late February Deadline for receiving Lodging Tax reporting forms from LTAC recipients (deadline: February 28) Early March Input State Lodging Tax reports online at Joint Legislative Audit & Review Committee (JLARC). Due on or before March 13.
