02:11:48 Gordon King: Thanks Mike I did realize that the next stop was the BOCC's my frustration is with that the process has been relatively opaque and even making my best effort to
follow the revisions and the PC's meetings information and records were not readily available to the public. I understand that this is apparently due to staffing issues but it still
means that access was difficult and at times impossible.
